  Not sure what his title was but the name on his tag was RED. I want to Thank him for his excellent customer service and help he gave me with my windshield wipers & wiper fluid purchase. I haven't been to Auto Zone for years but his service got a regular customer to this store. Thank you RED!!

  Last minute needed part, no attitudes, good folks. High prices are hard to bear, the decent attitude and extra effort make it worth the drive.

  Poor service when you walk in. The lady Kara.R on the phone and don't greet when u come in and she just back and forth answering the phone not saying may I help u. So I say if I call they always put me on hold so she finally helped me but not knowing nothing about a vehicle like she doesn't have no experience. It always have one person working. Yall let all the good workers go they helped u right then and there and u be out of there. They always had a smile on they face and greeting u but not the new people yall got working well she had a frown on her face. Kara R. Needs to be home if she doesn't wants to work. I will start going to another store.
