  I was contacted 4/15 to set up a rental, set up the appointment to meet at the collision center on 4/27 at 9am. Sat there til almost 10am! Called and called finally got to speak with someone at another enterprise.. was told the person at the Winchester location was working alone. Myself and another lady was left waiting and she missed her appointment she had scheduled! Shame on you enterprise! Do better! You need to respect your customers better! We depend on you like you do on us!

  We absolutely love enterprise! We always rent from enterprise 1-2 times per year for vacations and trips out of state. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Pick up and drop off is always quick and easy 10/10 recommend!!

  I like the price that I paid for 3 weeks. I always go back to Enterprise every time I rent never had a problem with them always taking care of me I'm glad to be a loyal customer to them

  VERY DISAPPOINTED. Brian Winchester Enterprise calls me on Feb 5th regarding my reservation for the 6th. Says he can't/won't approve my rental without an absurd amount of paperwork to verify who I am. I have been renting from this store for yrs. And suddenly my documentation isn't good enough. Will be contacting BBB as well. Winchester Enterprise has gone to the dogs.
