Last time the side brushes weren't spinning or moving. A time before the top brush wasn't moving. Sometimes the tire shine applicators aren't working. This is not specific to this zips location in Lexington. I've been to 3 others in lexington that off similar inconsistent experience. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The folks working to guide you in or take care of payment are not the ones responsible for fixing or maintaining the mechanical equipment inside. Keep that in mind if you have a similar experience. Be kind. Be honest but Be Kind.
