I’ve literally never had bad service here, they’re always incredible — so friendly & patient & respectful, they go above & beyond in every way possible, they explain things in ways that are easier for me to understand. Chris & Nate went out of their way to help me w several things they absolutely didn’t have to help w, they didn’t charge me for it, and they did it quickly & with a smile. Jaz & Xavier came outside to answer questions in the cold 3 minutes after they closed, because i’d just pulled out & realized i forgot to ask a question & circled back around. They are all so amazing, I love this place. also, Wal-mart won’t even do my oil changes anymore but Valvoline doesn’t even think twice about it when they have to undo a ratchet strap to lift the hood of my car — they just do it. 100/10 service, always
- EWEd WhiteDec 23, 20252.0Every time I go here I ask them not to mess with my tire pressure and they still kept setting it at 35 psi and causing my low tire alert to go off the next morning. My vehicle is recommended at 38 psi. Also the windshield washer fluid is filled with fluid that freezes at darn near 32 degrees and makes it difficult to clean the windshield in snow conditions. The oil itself seems fine. It's just not worth dealing with.
