When I had a blowout, I was told it would take 4–5 days to get my tire in, leaving me stranded with no way to pick up my son come Monday—he lives several towns away from where I work. Nikki Elrod went above and beyond to understand my situation and had me back on the road by the very next day—much faster than the timeline I was originally given by another associate. Her customer service was outstanding. If I were still running a business, I would have offered her a job on the spot (in another field). Finding someone these days who genuinely works hard, does a great job, and truly cares about the customer is rare. I sincerely hope someone in upper management reads this review, and when the time comes for a raise or promotion, Nikki gets the recognition she deserves—because she absolutely does.
