Never iny life have I ever been so disrespected. I had to have work done at this store for an insurance claim because the body shop doesn't do tires and balance. I was called a lier multiple times by one of the female workers when it was the shop that messed up. 1st off they took off one of my perfectly good tires which was located on my front driver's side and accidentally placed it in the recycle bin or whatever. They did fix that booboo though. However I wanted her to explain to the insurance company that the one tire left on the front was originally from my back passenger and needed to be replaced because there was still a wobble that was created from the wreck. She got an attitude and said we didn't touch you driver's side. Girl you did cause that's the tire you last that had to be replaced. I know this and their system should have told them because they replaced that tire in September. I didn't want to argue with her so I had her go ahead and order another tire which I paid to have put on. I asked her to fix the TPS system for my tires since it wasn't working but had been working before it went into their shop. She said they would when I got the other tire put on. Fast forward to this past Thursday. I got my tire put on but they didn't look at the TPS system. I called back and I'm like hay, my TPS system still isn't working. She's like oh they didn't tell you, your front passenger sensor is bad. Remember this was an insurance repair they did. She then says your TPS was bad when you brought it in. I'm like I'm not going to argue. So I reached out to another Tire Discounters store, that takes care of me the right way. When I got there they took my car to look at it. They fixed it free of charge, because come to find out when they put my new Rim and Tire on the threw away my sensor. Long story short. I will never ever recommend the Winchester store to any of my family or friends. This is based on how I was treated and the crappy work that was done that they didn't want to address.

Not my first bad experience. But it will be my last. I had a screw in my tire and needed a flat repair done for the front of my tractor. It was a carry in. Service guy said the patches simply wouldn’t work on my tire. I told him it worked on the other tire that needed a repair back in the summer, installed by my regular tire guy. He once again stated it won’t work. Didn’t offer to try. Never asked to look at my tire. I left and went to Express Oil Change. The guys there was glad to help. If the patch fails tomorrow or next week or next month. The guys at Express Oil Change did one thing Tire Discounters did not. They tried and had a much better attitude. Goodbye Tire Discounters you forever lost my business.

Good service, way overpriced. Paid nearly $600 for new brake pads. $400 for labor, to change pads only, when the wheels were already off for a “free” rotation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
