  I went in Auto Zone @ Whitesburg recently to buy a back windshield wiper blade for my 2020 model vehicle. There were 2 young guys working. I told one of them what I needed and he went to get one, rang me up and went out to put it on for me. He put it on and went back inside. I started up my car, checked it, and it was too tall. It was scraping the top of my car. I went back inside and he was on the phone (not even looking at the computer, so I doubt it was a customer). The other guy was waiting on another customer. I stood there for a good five minutes waiting. Finally got my receipt out to see what size he sold me and got the next shorter size for him to try. When he finally acknowledged me, and I told him the situation he said the one I picked won’t work and he’d have to order one so I said “that’s fine”. Then he looks on the computer and tells me there was no option to order it. I asked why not. He said “I guess where it’s a newer vehicle. I said “sir, it’s a 2020, it’s far from new”. He still said he couldn’t order it. So I told him to just give me a refund and left with NO back wiper blade. I went to Norton Advance Auto Parts and they immediately found me the one I needed and put it on. Problem solved. They were very friendly and not acting like the 2 boys working at Auto Zone @ Whitesburg (like they could care less about their customers).

  Told me a different price for a part over the phone, 30 minutes later I go to get it and it was$30 more than what they said on the phone. The man claimed shift change when I told him I didn't know the man's name I spoke with.
