  ********DO NOT TRUST YOUR RESERVATION AT THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION*********** I recently moved to the area and was in an automobile accident. My insurance company and Enterprise’s customer care center both confirmed my reservation with the Paducah Airport Enterprise location. As a woman alone in 25-degree weather, I arrived with my vehicle on a tow truck, expecting to pick up my confirmed rental. When I got to the airport, the Enterprise counter was completely unattended. A custodian informed me the employee left around 7 PM—even though the location doesn’t close until 8 PM and the employee had been notified of my situation and confirmed they would stay until closing. Because of this, I was stranded at the airport with no car, an hour away from my new home, after already dealing with an accident. I’ve called Enterprise three times since, and still have no vehicle or solution. I’m a nurse and need reliable transportation to work, and being left without help in freezing weather is unacceptable. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, unsafe, and completely avoidable. Enterprise should never leave a customer—especially one coming from an accident—abandoned like this.

  We had always rented from the Park Avenue location, in Paducah. I will NEVER go back to try & rent from Enterprise @ Airport location! The guy called-the morning of our reservation-& said he didn’t have a car for us! I called Hertz & got an immediate rental reservation but Enterprise guy called back at 1pm (had 2pm pick up) & said he “found” a car. Showed up at 15 till two, needed major credit card & when we placed it down for him to run it, I said I was disappointed in the treatment & unneeded stress he gave me with my reservation! He immediately said we were “shady” & didn’t think he wanted to do business with us! At this point, I WAS NOT GOING TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! This was the most ridiculous & unprofessional business transaction I’ve ever attempted! He looked like he had rolled out of bed an hour ago…VERY disappointed in this location of Enterprise. If you are renting a car in Peducah, stick with the Park Avenue location!

  We can’t say enough positive things about our extended car rental. Tyler was awesome! He made EVERYTHING so convenient & easy for us!
