- RWRyan WareApr 23, 20261.0Really disappointing experience last time I got my oil changed. Made an appointment for 9am on a Monday, didn't leave until 1pm. No one ever communicated any progress or reason for such a delay. I spoke with the gentleman behind the desk and shared my disgust for the lack of communication as well as the amount of time it took. Unfortunately, based on his input, this is standard for any appointment you make. He even used an example of going to the doctor to justify how long it took. Do better, communicate!

They didn't have my appointment on the books when I got there. Their system does not pick up what is made online. I made an appointment for another day. It was 3 hours past my appointment time before they started on my car. Four new tires and an alignment on Friday. I got out of there an hour past their closing time. My appointment was morning. By the time I made it to the on ramp to I-75 I realized the alignment was worse than before. We went back to have the car re-aligned. It still didn't help. I was so mad I took my car to TD Dry Ridge. They got it right. Got me in at about my appointment time, not hours later. BTW I had my regular mechanic do my brakes the week before my original TD appointment. He said there was nothing wrong that should have made my alignment be worse. Beware of Walton TD!

- TATammy AbbottMar 2, 20261.0I have been going to tire discounters for awhile with all three of my vehicles. BUT NOW NEVER AGAIN. They damaged my rim and I brought to their attention 5 minutes after paying. Said the had camera footage showing they never dropped it but never allowed me to look at the camera footage. Doubt they had it or you would show it and we wouldn't have a problem. Said they would call me the following week never did. So as you have on your sign I WILL ALWAYS BE GOING TO YUYR COMPETITOR AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE YIYR SERVICES.
