Kaitlyn walked over with my son and fixed it in the parking lot in front of the coffee shop. Not only did they not charge us but she asked if she could help in any other way. You all went above and beyond!! Thank you for helping us get home from our 8 hour trip!!

- JBJames J BlathersNov 26, 20251.0Let me be clear normally they do a great job but, I just purchased a new 2023 Chevy trailblazer with only 19,000 still under warranty and, because of that, and my trust in them I took my truck to Valvoline oil at the froggstown location in Walton, Ky. My car started over heating after my oil change and I assumed it was a fault in my truck with GM so, I had it towed back to a dealership because it’s still under warranty. When they ran diagnostics on my truck and inspected my truck and they found that the radiator cap was not on and my radiator was completely empty and all of the coolant was scattered all over my engine block. As I have showed with paperwork from the dealership. I spoke with Derrick the manager from Valvoline and he called me told me that he reviewed the camera footage and that not one touched the coolant cap to check the fluid level but he did say that one of his employees did check the cap to see that it was on and tight. So, my question is if my truck was fine before with no problems then how does a radiator cap come undone by itself on a brand new Chevy Trailblazer? The dealership charged me for refilling the coolant in the radiator and replacing the cap. I am very disappointed in the service I was provided and how this is being handled.

He seems to not want to work at all and makes people feel stupid for asking questions. I’ve even seen him make fun of someone and when they came back in the same manner, he blew up. Not professional in front of customers for sure. I wouldn’t want to work with this guy.
