He seems to not want to work at all and makes people feel stupid for asking questions. I’ve even seen him make fun of someone and when they came back in the same manner, he blew up. Not professional in front of customers for sure. I wouldn’t want to work with this guy.

Now Im trying to get the filter off doing my own change and these idiots put it on so incredibly tight it wont come off. It has marks on the filter where they cranked it down so tight. You would think a place that does oil changes all day long would know how to their job right!
