Outside of that occurrence, I have received nothing but the best service. The staff is always so kind and I never have to wait a long time. 15 mins tops and I'm outta there.

When called by the manager he stated they had no responsibility and even though the mechanics left a tool under my hood he repeated they did nothing wrong and that I should call Hyundai. I will never go to valvoline again. Nobody who doesn’t want 6000 dollars of damage done to their car and a 100 dollar service fee should avoid all Valvolines forever. As a teacher and Marine veteran I will tell anyone I can not to go there because they do not care nor do they take responsibility for their blunders.
