    Preach attendant only scrubbed one side of my vehicle. In addition, the overhead roller was inoperative and did not wash hoof and roof of vehicle.

    This used to be the best car wash in town but they have fallen off considerably. They stopped pre wash and the bay alone just can’t get the bugs off your car without pre wash, at least not for my car. The free vacuums were nice when they didn’t leak everywhere but now they don’t have much suction. I cancelled my membership after many years and now use the Express Wash on Lexington Street, a better value, result and more helpful staff.
