  Attempted to use the Versailles, Kentucky, facility on five separate occasions recently. Each time, I was unable to wash my vehicle because the site was either closed during posted operating hours or the equipment was non-functional. The entry liftgate system always malfunctions, creating a bottleneck for entry. The wash equipment is always going down resulting in a long wait or you just have to leave. The ongoing lack of upkeep at this location as really went downhill since they sold out to another company. I value the convenience Take 5 but the current operational state of the Versailles site is bad.

  I like this place. I took our company pool car there to clean it up. It's been parked at our plant in Bardstown for a while. The white color had a great deal of the black bourbon mold all over it. They actually washed it twice for us. Still not 100% clean but much better. And the free vacuum and cleaning supplies are awesome.

  SCAM! After a year membership, we tried calling to cancel. The number on our credit card bill was only for Take5 Oil Change and they can’t help you. After weeks of calling, we finally got someone to tell us the correct number. I spoke to a person who confirmed our membership would be cancelled and we would receive an additional credit for the time that we tried to cancel…. Then we got a surprise when we continued being charged. Their car wash doesn’t even clean well! Stay away.
