    Appt was arranged easily. I was treated as a valued customer. "The Works" was completed on time. I asked for info on lane change which I did not want to use. I receive info and the problem was corrected.

    Having my car picked up and brought back to me is very valuable. I don’t want to burden my friends and don’t live with anyone who could drive me and don’t want to waste the time sitting at your store for my vehicle to be Serviced. Like everything it seems to expensive, but that has been true with everything else I have bought recently. The gentleman who dropped off my car were very polite and accommodating to my rushing when they brought it back as it was a few minutes before five and I wanted to try to make Woodford Feed before they closed Which I was able to do.

    After leaving a review, someone from Jack Kain reached out and was supposed to contact me the following day with a possible "solution". That was last Thursday, I still have not heard back from them. My negative review still stands.
