- TMTanya Markwell4 days ago5.0I went into their store today and was met immediately by Sami asking if she could help me. I was looking for batteries for garage remotes. She took the remote and had it open before I could say anything. She had a handy little tool I would like to have, that opened the remote. She actually offered to put the new batteries In the remote. There was also a gentleman there that invited my dog in the store. Such a nice atmosphere and the service was fantastic. Thanks Sami for all your help.

- BBBenjamin BrooksDec 17, 20251.0I’ve been coming here for years, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The last few times I have come in, there always seems to be new management. Not always a good sign and now I know why. I came in to get headlight bulbs, when checking out I was assisted by the manager. She said she was going to include a year warranty for free, she said that these had a warranty of only six months. I looked on the box and it said that the lights came with a two-year warranty. She said she was going to include the year warranty anyway for free, I did not ask for this. I did the math before I came in and I should have been around $167 before military discount, it ended up being $172. I asked her about the military discount and she said the discount she gave me was greater than the military discount and was the best deal. I started back home and decided to pull over and double check my receipt. She had given me a warranty on the lights, and discounted the price of the warranty from the lights… so I was paying full price for the lights. I drove back and spoke to the manager, I told her I wanted to return everything. I then asked her to add it all back and NOT include the warranties. Then asked for the military discount, the total was $152… I looked at her and said that was a lot less than $172 and I was clearly not given the “best deal”. She explained that she had given me an extended warranty, I replied that she gave me something I did not ask for. I was tricked into paying more for something and was promised I was getting the “best deal”. I had to return a 3rd time because I was given the wrong set of lights, they did not have what I needed in stock. I asked three times to have them returned, she continued to try and search for others nearby. I finally got them returned after I explained that the sun was going down and I needed these installed tonight. Afterwards I went across the street to AutoZone and got the lights I needed. Finally got the lights installed by 7:00 pm… this whole debacle took around an hour and a half, so spent a good portion of my time in the dark which I was trying to avoid…
