- BWBJ WilbornFeb 4, 20265.0Ordered tires the day before. We had issues with the car when picking it up and ended up not getting there until 10 minutes before closing. No questions asked, they got the car right it to change all 4 tires. Battery died on it so we went to parts store to get another. They waited for us to get back and let us change battery in shop after hours. Absolute great customer service! More businesses should operate like this. Johnny is great! Hadn’t been to his shop in nearly 15 years and he still remembered me and my wife by our first names! Would give them 10 stars if I could! Does not get any better. Great job!
