I had a terrible experience at the Middletown location and left due to terrible service; in fact, I left a poor review on Google. This location is the gold standard of service. I don't know who the owner or manager is in Middletown, but they should spend a day here and see how things should be done. I don't know who was this location that day, but I think it is safe to say one of the "higher ups" was there because he was reviewing some of the employees' performance. He was very positive, upbeat, and complimentary. Employee morale seems to be a dying art these days and it was refreshing to see someone encourage their employees through positivity, rather than negative comments. I wish I knew who that individual was, but I am sure you can see my time of visit and know who it was. I was exhausted watching the manager of this location multi task. He would remove the air filter on my vehicle, move to the next bay, do something with it, then another bay, circle back to mine, check with his employees. Again, I wish I could refer to him by name, but please look up who was working that day. I interacted with everyone working that day (except the poor soul working in the dungeon below-said playfully) and every interaction was positive, professional, and positive. This is why I always prefer to come to this location. Please give them the credit they deserve! They are all stars.
