I don’t know if the quality is going down or if they’re just hiring absolute buffoons, but good god they’re irresponsible and reckless with vehicles. Recently went in to get some easy dents fixed on my hood, just wanted an estimate. I don’t want to play this card, but as a woman going into an auto body shop already has some flags going off, and getting completely taken advantage of in this day and age is ludicrous. Like come on. Completely destroyed and took apart the front half, and now claim they can’t put it back together because of the damage???! Ridiculous. Go to the other locations or just don’t go at all!

However the tint on my driver side window got scratch in the process and Adam made it right. He sent me to get it replaced and Gerber paid it. I’d recommend Gerber to anyone that wants a good professional job done on their vehicles. Here again, Adam was GREAT!!!
