And did not complete the 12 point inspection either. My lights were not checked, my air filter was not checked either, neither was my back windshield wiper that clearly needs replaced. Very disappointed….

- CCchelseaDec 7, 20251.0my husband told me to just get my oil changed and that's all but the guy there said his name was matt i believe he was a manager said i needed other services after i already told him my husband said just a oil change so i watched them change my oil but don't no if matt messed up on my receipt or what but it does not show a oil change but its around the same price he quoted me and i can't figure out why i didn't buy anything but a oil change and thinks to matt i had 2 lie to my husband when he asked me for the receipt i had 2 lie to him and say i lost it because i didn't want him 2 think that i didn't get a oil change it would of started a huge arrangement all because the so call manager could not even get a receipt right and im not the type to speak up so i didn't no what to do or say so i came to my girlfriends house and she told me i needed to tell everyone what happened 2 me i was afraid to right this but it needs to be told not only he got my receipt wrong he also caused me to lie 2 my husband and if that is what a manager does there what does the other employees do with that kind of leadership next time my husband ask me to change oil im going to find somewhere different will definitely not ever go there again inless i no forsure he's not there.
