  Listen i don’t ever leave reviews on anything but this morning, there was a penske truck driving on highway 80 in somerset ky. i was going faster than i should have been for sure but that truck driver had to be going 85mph considering how fast i was going. he was riding my butt the WHOLE time but wouldn’t pass me. and then when i finally go over he FLEWW past me. this is insane! do they really drive like that IN THE POURING RAIN?! WHEN KIDS ARE TRYING TO GET TO SCHOOL? that’s insane. someone needs to talk to these drivers. that’s dangerous as all get out. yall watch for these penske drivers.

  I highly recommend Penske for your moving needs. They were always very responsive. We rented a truck one way from Portland, Oregon to Somerset, Kentucky. We picked up the truck on a Saturday. We spent all day loading it, as we were planning to leave the next morning. When we got up the next morning, we discovered the air brake alarm going off. We weren't sure what this meant, so we called Penske. They had a mechanic out there within half an hour to look at the truck even though it was early on a Sunday morning. As it turned out, the air brake was okay. The ignition was the problem. The key was a little loose and we were able to pull the key out without completely turning the truck off which allowed the air brake to bleed off. The problem was solved quickly and we were able to leave within an hour of the time we had planned to leave. Very happy. When we got to Kentucky, we actually got the truck stuck in our front yard as we were trying to turn it around. We called Penske, they had a tow truck there in less than an hour. They pulled the truck out and backed it in for us so that we didn't have to try to turn it around. When I had decided to rent from Penske, I had read reviews online and saw that Penske had the best reviews and now I know why. They were a little more expensive (about $200 for a total bill of about $8000) than U-haul but well worth it because of the piece of mind. When you are moving across country, you want to know that help is only a phone call away.
