  You create FOREVER CUSTOMERS by how you treat people! This is something I live by and practice everyday! I’m glad I’ve found this at Lake Cumberland Marine & Powersports!! After experiencing a major mis-fortune, Savanna Dawn and her team have me back up and running in less than a month, when I referred to this mishap as a “season ender”… they proved me wrong!!!! All in the same Harvey sold us a Yamaha Jetski that caught out eye and he was amazing to work with! Met us after hours and everything! Thanks to everyone involved, you guys are nothing short of amazing!!!!!!

  Bought a brand new 26’ Chap Surf from them a couple years. Salesman Dan was nothing more than a yes man, saying yes yes yes to everything but doing nothing. Casey the sales manager obviously doesn’t manage his sales people or technicians. I had a punch list longer than my arm they were to complete before delivering the boat and very little of it was done. Very very bad and extremely disrespectful buying experience. I cannot and would not recommend.

  I've used Lake Cumberland Marine service and storage for over 10 years and the service is outstanding. Mostly I deal with Tyrel Inabnitt who is a prince. His attention to detail and prompt follow through is refreshing change. Since he's moved to the sales floor and I need a new boat and will absolutely contact Tyrel first.

  Bought a jet ski from these people.they said it was serviced and should be perfect. Much to my surprise they worked on it all summer . I ran it 2 1/2 hrs. This year. Still taking on water. I hope you enjoy your 1000.00 you costed me Dan . never again . your not a sea doo dealer .
