  You create FOREVER CUSTOMERS by how you treat people! This is something I live by and practice everyday! I’m glad I’ve found this at Lake Cumberland Marine & Powersports!! After experiencing a major mis-fortune, Savanna Dawn and her team have me back up and running in less than a month, when I referred to this mishap as a “season ender”… they proved me wrong!!!! All in the same Harvey sold us a Yamaha Jetski that caught out eye and he was amazing to work with! Met us after hours and everything! Thanks to everyone involved, you guys are nothing short of amazing!!!!!!

  Bought my Sea Doo Switch Fish from Harvey Maynard, great guy and was awesome at communication. Bought a ton of accessories from Mike Strehl, this guy is amazing, went way over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and especially made sure the stuff I bought from him for my new toy fit and even helped me figure out the boat cover when I just couldn’t quite do it. The sales manager, saw me down at the boat ramp on the first day I ever took my boat out and helped me get the boat in the water and pulled my truck out then parked it for me. Awesome service. This place may cost a tab bit more but the difference in price sure is worth it with the service you get. Wouldn’t matter how cheap I can go buy something, I will always make sure I buy from them, the customer service was just that good!

  Hands down the best purchase and customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Casey, the GM was absolutely outstanding. I showed up shortly after closing on Saturday and he was in the yard going through some inventory. He opened up the dealership for me, quoted me a great deal on a Nautique GS22 I was interested in. He even put in it the water that night so I could test it out. It was after 7pm on a Saturday night until we wrapped things up. Fast forward several weeks later when I showed up to complete the purchase paperwork on the boat, he brought me into the store and gave me some great deals on gear we were looking for at better than online prices. A couple days later we were out on the water and the boat threw an engine stop code. It was decided that the boat needed the ECM replaced. He had the ECM express delivered and his crew replaced it the day it arrived. In the meantime, he brought us a new Malibu off the showroom floor to use while our boat was getting repaired. He had Trey deliver the new boat to the marina we were at and pick up our boat and haul it back to dealership, no time on the water wasted. Needless to say, my family was thrilled that the week wasn’t cut short and that we could continue to be out on the water for a few more days. I can’t say enough about how positive my experience with Casey and all or the rest of the staff at LCM has been. 100% made the right decision to purchase from them and would highly recommend you do the same.
