Showed the manager the date of purchase on my phone app. but he said he couldn't find it in their system. He tried to make me take a merchandise card instead of returning the money to the bank card I had used to purchase the tool with. They must need that $42 way more than I do. I'll never step foot in this place again. He needs to learn some computer skills,if I provided him with the date of purchase. That was the first excuse he gave thinking I couldn't figure out the date of purchase, then when I did, he changed his tune and still couldn't find it.
