Stop 5 minutes down the road to get gas. Go to start it and the battery is completely dead. NO one elected to tell me that or I'd left it running g so it could charge more. So I proceeded to be stuck at the gas pump for over an hour because they ran it dead and did not tell me when I picked up. They had to had jump started it or it wouldnt had taken 10 minutes to get it pulled around. It's always something when I have to take something here to be worked on.

After spending $4,000 out of pocket (plus a credit card fee), I got it back and swapped in my truck, which needed a new key, remote start, and a wheel bearing repair. While driving the MKZ, I realized the fog lights weren’t working—apparently disconnected during the mirror repair. The dealership asked me to bring it back, but with both vehicles needing work, I had no transportation. I waited until the truck was ready, then returned the MKZ. Just 15 minutes after picking up the F-150—again, nearly $4,000 out of pocket—multiple warning lights came on. Now it has to go back too. I’ve spent over $8,000 here in two weeks and still don’t have either vehicle fully repaired. I’d rather repairs take longer and be done right the first time than keep making hour-long trips for incomplete work. At this point, I could’ve put that money toward a more reliable car.
