Horrible service. I asked for help making certain that I was getting the correct parts. I had my owners manual and a photo of the parts needed. I got to the counter and the rep told me that I he couldn't help me and I just needed to "read the manual" I told him that I read it I just needed help verifying that I had the correct parts. He then started screaming at me "how do you expect me to look it up?" and that I "read the manual." He would not let me get a full sentence out so I walked out.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
