  Had a great experience at this location. Brian really helped me out and gave great, well informed information. However the call in system was an absolute nightmare. It tried to schedule me for several times that weren't even physically possible for them to work in. Not to mention while I had perfect service their call center was horrible connection. When im trying to talk to a salesman let them sell to me, dont send me off to a call center in another country.

  Service was completed as quickly as they could, considering the dealership parts took a long time to come in. Once the parts were there, work began and finished quickly with good communication and apologies for the delay in the parts arrival. Have had several services done at this location and will continue to take my vehicles there.

  We cannot say enough good things about this shop and Michael Miller! Our family was traveling to Bowling Green and ran over a piece of metal on the highway. We heard it hit the underneath of the car but never saw it come out. We pulls off the next exit and stopped here for help. Michael kindly offered to put our van up on the lift and check the underside thoroughly! Thankfully it didn't cause any major damage, just a few scuffs. Michael was so kind to help us out and give us peace of mind to continue traveling! Thank you Michael and thank you Ken Towery’s!!

  Took our truck in after tire discounters couldn’t fix it-twice! They were very polite and helpful and were finished quicker than expected and even cheaper than originally quoted! No more TD, only Ken Towerys from now on!! Took away one star because of the calling service. The guy on the phone seemed like he didn’t really know what he was doing and couldn’t answer my basic question, which was- was the tire in stock? He says he left a message for someone to call me back but no one ever did. Get rid of the call service in India and hire an administrative assistant to work at the desk. Keep our jobs in the US!

  Bad experience all the way around. The call center scheduling and online scheduling is a joke. When you make an appointment either online or with the call center, they don’t coordinate with the store to see if an appointment is actually available. Call the store directly. If the scheduling feature can’t work correctly then it needs to be removed. I dropped off vehicle at 8:00 am for an oil change and was told it would be done by closing. The store closed and I received no communication that the job wasn’t completed. I had to wait until the next day when the oil change was complete to pick the vehicle up. When I pulled up to get the vehicle I could see the oil pan cover hanging down as it was not attached back up and the vehicle had to be pulled back in. This is the second time in a row this occurred with this vehicle.
