When trying to access the front differential, they broke off two bolts that hold the guard in place. Now I'm unable to reattach it. I tried to be understanding because I drive an older truck with lots of rust. It happens! A few days later, I noticed a strong odor of oil. Come to find, they didn't properly insert the drain plug while doing the oil change. I had to reinsert the plug and add more oil. I spent roughly $350 that day, and the only adequate service I received was windshield wiper replacement. I'm 2,000 miles from home and could've blown my engine due to their negligence. I'm glad I noticed their mistake.
