They put them on the wrong axle after my request, but I’ll live with it. I know the rear is recommended but when the customer makes a specific request they should do it and just make a note on the invoice. Thanks

I had an issue with my vehicle that I was going to pay a lot previously, and mind you this vehicle has caused me so much stress, but Robert helped me tremendously, getting me in before they closed and out the next morning!! He did not switch up on me either. A lot of garages you can’t trust these days and will charge you so much or do extra things without telling you, but Robert proved there are still good honest people in this world that truly want to help you out when times are tough! They have my business!

I live in Michigan and was 400 miles from home. At 3:00 on a Saturday, Ken Towery’s not only fit me in but had the repair done in less than an hour!! Amazing service, would HIGHLY recommend!!! Thanks guys, I appreciate you getting me back on the road to enjoy my visit in Kentucky!!!
