  When I went to rent a car on Tuesday.The gentleman said he would not have a car until thursday. 6 hours later, when I went on the website, their website showed there were cars available.So i've reserved one and paid. The next day, 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up my car.He called me and said he had no cars available. He further asked if I was the person he spoke with the day before and when I confirmed that I was , he said I should not have gone on the website and since I went on the website behind his back , he has refusing to rent to me at all. When I contacted the company to report that he was rude and racist , they informed me that there were no cars at the next six locations , but they would roll up my complaint to upper management. Apparently when they post that there are cars available on their website, they aren't really either that or they pick and choose who they're planning to rent their cars too.I guess my money is not good.

  I have used Enterprise at different locations while on vacation. They are always very friendly, polite, and professional. This time, I used the Enterprise in my hometown while I was without a car. The staff at the Shepherdsville location are absolutely amazing. They are the best. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  Crappy service got the wrong car ordered then plate was expired couldn’t switch it tried to switch vehicles to enterprise of Dixie Hwy they closed at 5:30 and of course it’s rush time and we got there at 5:36 and they wouldn’t help us because we were “late” he even called her and she knew we were on the way there just pitiful can’t call “all the lines are full and every Buisness has full lines” so now we’re gonna either have to go on a long drive with a expired plate and get pulled over and enterprise pays or send it back and switch cars anyhow enterprise is pitiful also we picked up the car at 12 pm and nothing was fixed it’s is currently 6:01 meaning they won’t help us
