- CFChris FacklerNov 12, 20255.0Norman at AutoZone in Shephardsville is very knowledgeable and knows how to provide proof of what he is saying. I have a 3500 with two batteries and two alternators. I travel all over the map and been to many AutoZones. I have yet to find a AutoZone that has a worker that could test my charging system. Today I stopped at the AutoZone in Shepherdsville KY. and Norman not only was able to test it he also was able to parent out the reading on the whole system! I was amazed at the level of insight he was able to provide me. Norman should be teaching AutoZone employees how to provide the level of knowledge and service he showed me today. Norman has restored my faith in Autozone and I will be recommending Shepherdsville AutoZone to anybody who asks me. Norman AutoZone would be amazed to see how you explain and provide proof of exactly what I asked and actually gave me more answers then the speciality shop that charged me $640 3 years ago when I was needing the same thing done to my last 3500. Norman is by far the best AutoZone employee I have personally seen anywhere and in any state. Good Job Norman Thank You!
