Instead of doing what I asked him to do he still rung it up as a retail sale. I asked the guy why he did it and he said he was brand new didn’t know. He said he would cancel the sale and redo it again and I told him no thanks he couldn’t do it at the first time. He certainly wouldn’t be able to do it the second time.. Thanked him for their lack of service told him I would never be back that there are plenty of other stores and what else can you say this store sucks don’t shop here. It used to be a good store. These guys have no idea what they’re doing. it was a complete waste of my time.next time. I’ll either go to another store or I should’ve just gone to Walmart. It would’ve been much easier. At least I would’ve gottten what I wanted and would not have to argue with somebody.
