Very dissatisfied. I paid for an oil change and rotation of tires. I suspected that the techs did not rotate my tires the last time I came in so I subtly marked a tire. When I was told my car was done I checked the marked tire and it had not moved. I told the manager that the tires were not rotated. He asked the techs if they rotated the tires and they said they did rotate the tires. When the manager told me the techs said they had rotated the tires I told him the techs lied. He asked them again and again they said they had totaled the tires. I again told the manager that they were lying and that I could prove it. I had him come out to my car and examine where I marked the tire. He apologized and personally rotated the tires. You may think this is petty of me but I do not like being lied to. Twice. I have taken all of my vehicles to Ken Towery for several years. No more! I’m going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for now on. You lost a good customer

My granddaughter went to the Towery in Jtown around 5 pm. because she noticed a low tire and that was the closest store to her school. We just had new tires placed on the car in Feb. There was only one service person in the store. He said all others left at 4 pm. He put air in her tire so she could get to the Towery in Shelbyville where we purchased the tires. Why is that store only left with one service person after 4 pm when the store closes at 7 pm? Luckily she made it to the Shelbyville store with no problems. They promptly checked her tire saying it was losing air quickly. They fixed the problem and sent her on her way. She's learning how to handle events like this by herself and failed to ask what the problem was with the 2 month old tire. She also didn't receive any paperwork. The next morning I called the store to find out why it was leaking air. The man that did the service wasn't in yet and I was told I would be called back after he came in. That afternoon not having had a call back I called the store again. I did get an answer to what the problem was which I'm grateful for. The service man was very nice and informative. The biggest problem I have with calling Towery is the new answering system. First of all I understand it's to take some of the work off the shoulders of the service people but the people answering the phone are VERY difficult to understand because of thick accents. Instead of directing me directly to the store as I requested they kept trying to set up an appt or inquire what work I needed. After finally getting across I needed to speak to someone at the store my call was transferred to a different store than the one I requested. After the confusion of having reached the wrong store the service person was very nice and directed me how to bypass the answering service and go directly to the Shelbyville store. That didn't work and again I was met with a person with a very thick accent which was difficult to understand and gave me a run around about transferring me to the Shelbyville store. Finally I reached the Shelbyville store and got my questions answered. We do a lot of business with Towery since we have 3 cars. I hate to see this new answering system drive customers away but if it continues without any improvement I'm afraid it will. I may be one of those people looking around for service elsewhere.

Customer centric service with prompt attention to a tire issue. I had purchased four tires from this store last year and added the road hazard fee. It paid off as my tire required replacement given the damage to the side wall. I was thrilled to pay a small fee and have my car back so quickly. The staff were professional and courteous.
