  I always receive outstanding service every time I rent here! I love the convenience of having a local office and will go there every time before going to Louisville for the convenience and level of customer service I always receive.

  We were in and out quickly when picking up and dropping off. Staff was pleasant. No issues getting our deposit back.

  I received outstanding service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The representative who assisted me, Trent Sydney, was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location 100%. Excellent customer service!

  Sydney works her butt off and is amazing. Even with being the only person able to help, she keeps a great attitude and stays helpful. The car I was able to rent was great, it wasn’t what I had reserved, but I was lucky there was another option. The worst part, is dropping the car back off and the new guy saying dogs aren’t allowed in the cars and that it’s gone over in the agreement. I made it very clear I needed a bigger vehicle because I had my dogs when I came to pick up the vehicle, I had them with me, and not once was it mentioned that there was no dogs allowed when I was picking up the vehicle. I found it disrespectful to say that when dropping off the vehicle.
