  All around great service and wonderful customer service. Only issue is price of tires are a little absurd but the team is always willing to work stuff out with you. This location for Ken Towery is highly recommended and can always be trusted!

  I had an appointment on 11/5/2025 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told at that time that I needed brake work, so I scheduled that for 11/10/2025 at noon. I arrived at noon and stated that I was there for the brake work that I was told I needed the prior week. The attendant took my keys and, since I was staying, where to wait. After an HOUR and FORTY-FIVE minutes, I went to the desk to inquire how much longer it would be. Only to be told that NOTHING had been done to my car and I had been waiting for no reason. A manager (I assume) told me that he meant to call me to find out what they were supposed to be doing but didn’t get around to calling. When I was there on 11/5, I wasn’t able to stay after the oil change to have the brake work completed because I had to be somewhere else. The person told me he was noting what needed to be done (rotors turned on front and pads replaced on rear) in my file so that when I came back the following week the job could be completed. Because I am moving to Louisville on Saturday, the only time I had to have my brake work done was on Monday. I wasted an hour and 45 minutes and still have to find somewhere else to have this work completed. I am very frustrated at this complete waste of my time. And I wanted to have this completed BEFORE I move on Saturday!

  Everything was fine except they were supposed to rotate my tires and make sure tires had correct psi. I knew all my tires were a little low. I left Ken towery and headed out of town without checking the tire pressure I was about an hour on my trip when I just happen to check it and all of my tires were still low. I’m not sure which ones were the lowest so I don’t even know if they actually rotated or not but no one put air in my tires. I will actually be dropping by today to have air put back in my tires and all of them are low, not a lot but the receipt I received said that all the tires were checked and that there was 33 psi in each one and there was not. when I checked an hour after I left Ken towery two of them were 29 and two were 30 and they never went back up to anything over 30. So there was no air put in my tires.

  Great visit ! Had a minor issue with brake noise on front of car. I had previously chosen them to completely redo all four brakes . The warranty for this service ( 4 months ago) completely covered all costs. Their work was exceptional and they did a great job. I highly recommend their services.

  I had scheduled an appointment for Friday afternoon and took some vacation time to get my tires installed. Called later to confirm and it turns out they knew nothing about my appointment and my tires were not available. I was told they would be available on Saturday morning and they would call me. I received a phone call to tell me that my tires were not making in that day and they would let me know when they came in. I never heard anything from them on the following Monday, I called on Tuesday and was told that they were available. So finally on Tuesday afternoon I was able to get my tires installed. The install was fine just not very happy about wasting vacation time and days waiting for them to arrive when I was told they would be there multiple times
