- LYLindsey YearyFeb 13, 20261.0My mother made an appointment, my husband and I went to drop off the car because she just broke her arm and the guy at the front counter came out and told us to move our cars when there were no parking places other then handicap or blocking there bays and was extremely rude to us. Then when my husband went in to drop the keys off the guy had not wrote down a thing my mother had said she needed done, had no clue what was going on. He does not need to be behind a counter when clearly he has no experience/knowledge/ people skills, or a brain. Trying to charge my mom $175 an hour for a tire alignment and rotation. Big O is taking care of all of it plus an oil change for $150. Whoever runs this place is beyond ignorant. Do not take your car here, while my husband was in there he heard one of the mechanics say they had no idea what was wrong with an older gentleman’s car and charged him $150 just to hook it up to the scanner. Don’t get scammed by these unintelligible/ scammy mechanics!!!
