Mike and Ronda were kind enough to not only check out the battery but go through the extra miles to help me change out the battery for me! Rhonda checked our battery for us and Mike got a new one for us so we could get to our hotel safe!! This auto zone is literally the best ever!!! - KCKayla CooperDec 7, 20255.0While trying to take our family to see the Christmas lights in Louisville we unexpectedly had car troubles when trying to leave a nearby restaurant. We were just down the road from Autozone but too far to walk in the cold and in the dark. We called and explained our situation in hopes that someone could kindly come to our rescue as we had no works transportation to the store. Mike, without hesitation brought us a battery helped us with installing and told us if we weren’t able to get it fixed give him a call back. We ended up calling Mike back and he came out once again to try to help and brought us a key fob battery hoping that was the issue. Unfortunately still no fix. Lastly we tried another battery as our vehicle has two and he got us rolling back home! Not only did he make several runs back and forth to the store and where we were.. he did so with a smile on his face! Not to mention he even helped install the second battery after he had already clocked out for the day! Above and beyond are not great enough words for Mike and his customer service. Mike, you really restored our faith in humanity you have no idea how much we appreciate you and thank God for putting you in our path! Thank you so much!
