- BBBellaApr 27, 20265.0I needed an oil change. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Everyone that spoke with me concerning an action with my vehicle explained what they were doing and asked permission to enter my vehicle. Everyone was polite, friendly, respectful, and very professional.

I was like hold up… is this NASCAR pit stop energy or what?? Also, I was the only customer at that time! Because who else does that? BUT, while I’m sitting over the pit, minding my business, I make the mistake of reading reviews 💀 And of course I see MULTIPLE ones about loose filters and bolts… so now I’m in the car CLENCHING like I just bought this car (because I DID) and I’m not trying to see it fall apart on the highway. Then I hear the guy helping me yell down into the abyss: “FASTENED TIGHTLY??” And a voice from the underground goes: “YES SIR!!” I’m like okayyyy teamwork 😂 Then they had me start the engine and did this dramatic 60-second countdown like we were launching a rocket 🚀 I’m sitting there like… if something explodes just know I tried my best in life. BUT, no leaks, no drama, car still alive. We love to see it. Even though has only been an hour. But they surely checked their work Now let’s be real… compared to Valvoline? Valvoline be looking like a whole corporate interview, uniforms crisp, vibes professional… but they WILL try to sell you everything short of a new engine. “Your blinker fluid is low.” “Your windshield looks emotional.” “Your tires are going through something.” Meanwhile Jiffy Lube? Straight to the point. No upsell Olympics. No one tried to sell me 14 air filters and a life insurance plan. Only thing, I kinda wish they checked my tire pressure… but also I didn’t ask so that’s on me 🤷♂️ Also… the guy helping me lowkey looked like post Malone 😂 positive vibes and tattoos! Overall? Fast. Efficient... Like the Walmart of oil changes .. but hey, sometimes Walmart gets the job DONE. No leaks so far, car still running, I’m still thriving. I’ll be back 👏
- NLNallely LucioApr 17, 20261.0I came in 7 weeks ago for a “quick” 15 minute oil change. Let me start with I was there nearly 3 hours. Why didn’t I leave after the 1st hour? Because the, I guess manager, kept coming out apologizing for my wait and telling me it would be just a few minutes more….. ok, I get it done after an hour waiting, spend another hour getting ft he service done and another 30 minutes waiting for him to cash me out. I had to tell them I needed to leave so hurry up. Mind you I have my 1 year old in the car seat screaming. Anyway, 7 weeks later my car start feeling weird when pressing on the gas, my father takes a look under my hood. My whole file is loose! The house that connects to it is now not even attached to it! I did see them attempting to open it but was unsuccessful, well they just moved it all over the place and did not even bother to put it back together. If I could give 0 stars I would and request a refund but unfortunately it’s been so long ago. NEVER coming back there. And I dont recommend to anyone! If my car messes up just know I’m coming for yall legally.
