- BGBrenna Gray1 day ago5.0I’m 100% here for this place. Andrew and his team were super knowledgeable and helpful. They also seemed like the kinda people you’d wanna chill with which is just a good vibe. Getting my oil change is usually a pretty lame errand but honestly it wasn’t bad at all. They also did it in less than 30 minutes which is usually great, but I coulda low key stayed longer and hung out with them. As someone who hates the dumb but necessary upkeep that cars require, you can take my word that this place is legit.

Very professional, friendly, and incredibly informative. They took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained what they were doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you get that level of transparency and customer care during a routine service. They made the whole visit quick, easy, and stress free. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service they provided. Highly recommend!

While I was there, they let me know my brakes were really bad and needed attention right away. I’m really thankful they caught it before it turned into a bigger and more dangerous problem. Huge thank you to Andrew for all of his help. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the customer service and the care they showed. I’ll definitely be back!

I was surprised they needed to be replaced and did not trust Jiffy Lube to do good work so I took it to the dealer for an inspection instead. My front brakes were .6 millimeters which is not even close (10,000+ miles!) to needing to be replaced and my back brakes had barely any wear at all. I see several other reviews here that had a similar experience so there is a pattern here. This shop is not to be trusted, and I will not be returning.
