Turns out his name is Izaiah and he works at jiffy lube up the street. He first offered to use an airbag to pump the window open. When that didn’t work he drove to retrieve a tool to unlock the car door. It’s nice to know there are still kind people in the world willing to help you , I will be visiting jiffy lube on Westport road for all my car needs , thank you again Izaiah and congrats again on the newborn !
