The manager (I assume) said he could not complete the oil change and showed me his wet black gloves and said the bottom of my car was covered in oil. He quoted me $1,100 to fix it. I didn’t have that so I went home and parked it. After getting a second opinion I found out my oil cooler is working just fine. The wet under the car was because I had a leak in my washer fluid reservoir. So when one of the technicians added washer fluid, it leaked out the bottom. They were ready to charge me for something that wasn’t needed. I won’t be back.

- KDKen DunfordDec 20, 20255.0I'm traveling across country by car. My brakes pretty much went out. Meineke told me it was my abs modulator whi h would cost 1500 minimum. Jiffy Lube found the actual problem was my master cylinder had fallen apart and no brake fluid was getting to the brakes. I also had a bad front caliper that had air and couldn't be bled because it was rusted solid. Because I was traveling they helped me out as much as they could with the cost. I now have great brakes again and for half of what meineke wanted to charge me. If all Jiffy Lubes are as great as this one was I'll never go to meineke again
