  I highly recommend this place if you need a repair on your vehicle. My car had a part delayed from the manufacturing company. The team here went above and beyond to try to get it solved and get me my vehicle as quickly as possible. The Manager even came in on his day off so that I could pick up my vehicle and not have to wait longer. My car looks amazing afterwards like nothing ever happened.

  Communication is key. They run a pretty seamless system from the start and are extremely helpful and kind. Got plenty of updates first 10 days then nothing had to call a minimum of 3 X’s for updates the last 3weeks. Unfortunately, after flying there, returning my rental and picking up this vehicle and driving it straight home (which is out of state) almost 950 miles from repair shop and backing into my driveway realized my beeping sensors don’t work and they worked fine before I had this repaired done. Then when explaining to my significant other he walked out with me and goin thru the normal backing procedures he said your back up lights are 2different colors(yellow/running , marker light on 1side white normal bulb on other) Now due to the year of this car 2018 and the way it was damaged from another driver apparently they had to replace with a whole different style rear end light assembly in doing so either didn’t have the right bulb or bought used and assumed all was up to par.- and didn’t inform me it was a whole different style. Needless to say, its my car and I should've did my own due diligence for inspecting functionalty and design before leaving the shop-unfortunately they were closing for the day and I was due back to my job the next day and had a 14 hr drive ahead of me. I will take my part in that. So besides my lack of time they are a quality shop.

  Zack at Kentucky Collision was awesome. They did a great job working on my 4Runner. It was the first time I’ve ever had to take a vehicle to a body shop and the experience was great.!

  They've had my car for a month. I've been getting updated progress texts saying it was good to pick up today by 4pm. Called only to find out they've been waiting for State farm to get back to them and there's a chance I may not be able to get my vehicle at all.
