The manager Kelsey informed me that did not apply to my vehicles oil type but did mention a 25$ discount i would be receiving but in the end she only added $15 so I did get lied to. I did catch that but did not say anything. Just watch your discount if you are offered one. Also , i came because my change oil light came on last night on my way to work and my engine light came on shortly after. The engine light did not come off after the oil change and I asked if they thought it could be something more serious . Kelsey the manager told me to come back and they will check my engine for free , but didn’t understand why they didn’t just check it while i was there. A money scheme to get you to come back.

I go get my oil changed before a trip what would have been a life changing trip, drive straight to kroger (0.8miles away) and my vehicle doesn't start when I finish my shopping. Chris a manager at this location here shows up. Dislodged a improperly installed filler(claims he didnt). in the filter housing. Then proceed to tell me I need to get it diagnosed. Kelsey the store manager calls me like I'm lying, tells me they "checked" the oil cooler for leaks and at the time there was none, tells me chris checked my oil level and it was good (but my diagnoses from a certified mechanic) stated my car isnt starting becasue out low oil, and low oil pressure, this is the safety mode preventing my car from starting. All of this cause by what is now a ruin oil cooler.(mechanic states a faulty filter or a improperly installed filter would definitely cause this). Of course management is denying it. So Basically they have DESTORYED my car and now it's a court case. Don't go, it's definitely not worth it.

I recommend the shop in richmond were kelsey is the manager she is the nicest person and handles her staff very professional. I will continue to get my oil changed here as long as I live and I recommend you do as well.
