They were nice and fast. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will definitely go back in the future.

I will never go back to this place again for any reason, they rude and lied right to my face. I sat there for four hours and they kept saying I'm next but four hours later they took my car back and still took another hour.... they are liars and will never give them my business again. I want to go to another tire discounters either. Ron

This is a horrible place. My son, who is in college took his car here for new tires and alinement. He also asked them to check his breaks. When he picked up his car, he asked them 3 times if they had checked his breaks, and they said yes. Right after leaving this place, he heard loud popping sounds coming from his breaks. This was on a Friday at closing time. So he had to wait until Monday to take it back. After arriving on campus and parking, his car wouldn't move forward or backwards. On Monday, we drove to campus and helped him get his car moving, and drove to tire dicounters. During the drive there, his breaks were making loud, horrible sounds. Once we got there, they checked his breaks, and not only was his breaks were bad, but his roters were bad as well. So, there was no way they had checked his breaks the Friday before. They had let this young boy leave there facility with horrible breaks and roters, after being asked to check them. They put my childs life in danger! I'm very angry about this! We will never use this business again! This problem has been resolved.

I had an appointment for 8am and was on time for my appointment yet they did not start working on my vehicle until 9 am. It was busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but when 10am rolls around and there is no status update on my vehicle I go to ask only to be told oh yeah it’s been ready for 30 minutes. I was sitting in the waiting area the entire time and they wasted a hour and a half of my time. Will most likely be going elsewhere for better service with the same overpriced oil change and tire rotation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
