The work is awesome, they clean the car inside & out before you pick it up , they deal one on one with the insurance company. They give progress updates via text. The Work is always completed before expected time. Also there is a person assigned to your car so not only are they the liaison, but they give updates so you don’t have to call. But if you do, just speak with customer service rep assigned to your car and they can answer any questions.
