  I scheduled an appointment for Goodyear’s advertised 29-point free car care check because I needed to find out what was wrong with my vehicle so I could pay them to fix the problem. The website clearly promotes this service as a free inspection intended to help customers identify issues with their vehicles. The day before my appointment, an employee called and left a voicemail asking me to return the call regarding my appointment. When I called back, the experience immediately became negative. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He stated that there was a “limit” to what they could check for free. This directly contradicts how the 29-point free car care check is advertised online. At no point was I given a clear or professional explanation of what those “limits” were. I explained that I needed my car assessed so I could determine what repairs were necessary and pay for them. Instead of helping me, the employee refused to explain what the 29-point inspection actually included and repeatedly told me that I needed to tell him what was wrong with my car. That makes no sense — the entire purpose of an inspection is to diagnose issues, especially for customers who are not mechanics and do not know exactly what is wrong with their vehicle. His tone was condescending and unprofessional, and it felt like he did not want to help at all. Rather than providing customer service, he acted as if my appointment was an inconvenience. There was no effort made to clarify the service, reassure me, or treat me with respect as a paying customer who intended to have repairs done. Because of this interaction, I lost confidence in this location’s professionalism and canceled my appointment. If this is how customers are treated before they even walk through the door, I can only imagine how service would be handled afterward. Advertising a “free 29-point car care check” but refusing to explain what it involves and demanding that customers diagnose their own vehicles is misleading and unacceptable. Customer service should be honest, transparent, and respectful. Unfortunately, this location failed in all three areas. I would not recommend this Goodyear location based on this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Had new tires put on somewhere else that morning. Was driving north when I started having tire trouble and made it here. They were so nice and helpful. They helped immediately and were great at communicating with the other business to get everything taken care of.

  We were on our way for Christmas vacation when we started feeling a vibration in our tires. We pulled off and the next exit and found the kindest, most knowledgeable and exceptional service from the staff. Within 10 minutes we knew what the problem was. What could have been a nightmare of a stop, was eased by the expertise of these gentlemen. Thank you for our peace of mind and great service!!

  I can honestly say that the team is very professional from the front to the back. I had to get a tire repaired and they got my vehicle right in. I had appointment and they already had it in the bay before I knew it. As I was waiting and reading my Bible I saw a couple of unappreciative customers that was getting aggravated. And one was trying to lowball them. They kept the same professional attitude. Kudos to the mechanics. They have a hard job. They was working as hard as they could. Some people want a miracle in 5 minutes. Well they don’t work like that. They make sure your vehicle is serviced right. I appreciate them for all they do. Goodyear is well known. They have been around for years. And I see why. Keep up the good work fellas. I would give 10 stars if I could. Blessings to you all. Chris was at the desk dealing with customers. A young man he was.   I don’t know what has happened to this place but customer support and the concern for customer care has fallen drastically. I went in today for a simple TPMS sensor problem and ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours. I finally asked for my keys and left. They hadn’t even gotten my vehicle in yet and it was still in the parking lot. The last time I had an appointment for an oil change, I ended up waiting for over 2 hours. There was a lady in the waiting room with me that was there for an hour and her car was also still in the parking lot. She lit into them like there was no tomorrow and they immediately got her car in the garage and started repairing whatever she was there for. Again, I’m not sure what has happened but this establishment is nothing like it used to be. Concern for customer care is basically nonexistent.
