I said something about enterprise policy in general. )actually I was cursing about having to call GEICO and not wanting to deal with them, never actually complained at that time about enterprise). she replied saying she could hear me sitting next to my wife and because of MY attitude she decided they would refuse a rental to us. that's fine. we used Hertz. I will try my best to never use enterprise again and definitely will warn away anyone who will listen from going to the location in Richmond KY. this was on the morning of 11/25/25.
