  I've used this store for 6 years, always great service, done right on a fleet diesel truck Until today. The manager was Jenna, I've never seen her there before, it is normally Doug. There were 4 other female workers who in my opinion had little to no training. Normally the guys there yell out things like "Showtime, bay 1!" or whatever process they are in, none of that today. A whole lot of girl drama arguing is all that could be heard for the 3.25 hours I was sitting in my truck inside the garage. Full engine oil, fuel filter and air filter service typically took 45 mins so I was shocked the same service took over 3 hours. THEN I was told none of them could remove the old fuel filters and I should take it to the dealership for that service... I won't be back and I hate that because it was a super convenient place to have my work trucks services done every 3-4 months.

  Rose was great, got me in and out in record time! I rolled into the bay at the perfect time. All employees provided excellent customer service and communication. They even advised me of a screw in one of my tires and gave me a name of an establishment to have it plugged for free.

  This is the second vehicle we have brought to the Valvoline in Radcliff, and the service was just as professional as the first. They answered all my questions and made sure I got all of the proper fluids changed for the mileage I had on my vehicle. To top it off, it was my daughter’s birthday and they even sang to her, really made us feel like family. I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you want a fast, reliable, cost effective, and friendly place to have your vehicle taken care of!

  Mark, I believe was his name, was the MOD at the moment and Maegan was under the hood. They made sure I had the best experience. From the moment I pulled in, they were professional, quick, and really attentive to detail. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and kept everything transparent. The service was efficient but never felt rushed, and they made sure everything was topped off and good to go before I left. Definitely one of the smoother oil change experiences I’ve had—great customer service and solid teamwork.
