I got sent over from Etown for a reservation that they apparently didnt have. I get over to Radcliff Enterprise at 445 and check in. The curly blond, says the minivan is not clean and I can come back at 530 to get it. I asked to pay and he said he would take me at 530 (with no actual intentions of taking me). I sat outside and wait and tried to enter again at 530 exactly to be met with locked doors and for you to be appearing to head to the back. You slightly opened the door to let me know that it now has some sort of leak. I watched you the entire time and you did not go near or around that vehicle. You are a lazy boy and didn't even try to make further accommodations. Not an apology for wasting your time, not a come back tomorrow, and couldn't even look at me in the eyes because of your lies. You suck and probably should not be working in customer service if u cant even think of one solution. Lazy, lies, poor work ethic and microaggression is unreal!!!!!
