My husband, three young children, and I were traveling to a military retirement ceremony in Kentucky when our car began to wobble. We stopped at your Jiffy Lube location for assistance. Although Brian and Curtis had just closed for the day, they took the time to help us diagnose the problem and find a solution. We were truly touched by their kindness and willingness to help a traveling family. They even performed the service free of charge. Their generosity was remarkable and deeply appreciated. Their Employer should be proud to have 2 such amazing men working for their company. Thank you again for having such empathetic and dedicated employees.
