The website was not completely clear of the needed requirements to rent a vehicle. The website was somewhat difficult to navigate as it was spread out and not completely clear as to the process of renting a vehicle for a short trip. We sadly wasted several hours believing we had done what was necessary and then getting to the place of business and being told there was not a car on the lot that could be rented and there was only a pickup truck avaliable. I wish it would have turned out better for us. Hopefully, it will be better for other folks. It had been a few years since we rented a car but we did not have any difficulties like this. The person behind the desk was very kind and respectful to us. Unfortunately, we missed our short trip to visit our son and his family for our granddaughters birthday.
