Max always speaks in a way to help me understand whats going on and comes across as kind and knowledgeable. This company needs more employees like him. This location I believe is one that sets the standards for what all locations should be.

I pulled right in. This team was in a groove. I was out in 10 minutes. Oil change, set tire pressure, fill windshield washer fluid, checked battery, lights, and air filter. I was not upsold on the air filter, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a wiper blade I hadn't changed yet. The service person said, "Hand it to me. We've got it!" After the good was closed, the garage door opened. Before the door was open, the blade was changed. I know there's a lot of turnover at these places. It'd be great if the same team was there next time I need an oil change. They were friendly, fast and thorough! Wish there was a way for Valvoline to give them recognition!
