  Staff were pleasant but behind. Had a narrow widow to pickup so set a reservation. Car wasn't ready. Left over 45 mins later with a dripping wet but mostly clean car.

  Unfortunately our experience with the Pikeville location and Winchester location were not the best. Poor customer service and failure to keep promises.. uncleanliness of cars they rent out , we spend a lot of money to rent this car Our first car given to us was very soiled in the roof and not clean we went back down and we got them to finally give us another car We were traveling out of town and had a flat tire right before Winchester we called the road side assistance who told us if we took the next exit at the Winchester exit that we could go and they would give us another car with no issue and get us on our way My husband changed the tire himself which was not an issue it was the way we were treated that was an issue We went to Winchester enterprise then we received the most impolite service the worker was not at all helpful would not take the time to listen to us or what we needed he did not provide us with another car like the lady on the phone told us he would he rudely sent us up the road to a tire shop to get it changed We contacted the Pikeville location to tell them that we had to switch out rental cars do to the flat which put us behind getting to an extremely important apt The Pikeville location stated they were sorry and promise a refund back to my card for the inconvenience I was told it would be fixed it took me a week after returning the rental to even get someone to place a refund ticket and it’s been well over the ten days I was promised to have my refund in and they have yet to give me my promised refund I even checked my card to see if there was a pending refund none showing I contacted the Pikeville store they told me they had wiped the amount off my card but they have not it is still there I felt as if they though I was not being honest about the charges which are still there and I have not received my return as of today very unhappy with the service provided and the failure to keep their promise
