- HDHeath Dyer5 days ago4.0Never had a problem. Today I'm sick as a dog and wanted a shower. 5am I waited for 20 minutes. Looked at the showers. 2 empty. Was told she's the only one on the weekends. She can't leave the register. Come on people out time is limited. I would of had to wait 2 hours till 7am Monday morning
- RPRandall PalmerMar 13, 20262.0I thought managers were supposed to be good at customer service. Bethany is not, got breakfast after my shower there. The card terminal has always had issues and today was no different, Bethany was waiting on me and when the terminal started acting up, I informed her we had had problems with it earlier. She became irrate and flipped the card machine up and then, still no apologies she walked over to the other one typed in the order and barked out the total. I understand that the machine is frustrating but it's not thr customer's fault.
- YRY RMar 12, 20261.0I stop at 2am very disappointed truck park everywhere not in a parking spot no room to get to the fuel line, some of them are asleep or taking a shower I dont see them getting fuel and sure not moving for a long time i already did 45 min waiting on this trucks to move some of us need do need fuel
- GGGurjinder GillFeb 20, 20261.0I stopped at this Pilot Flying J location around 3:00 AM and had a very disappointing experience. I waited over 2 hours for a shower while the board showed multiple showers available. However, no one was cleaning or preparing them. At 3:00 AM, drivers are exhausted and depend on basic facilities like showers to rest properly. Waiting this long with no communication from staff is unacceptable. Management needs to improve overnight staff responsibility and customer service. Drivers deserve better.
- EEEver1881Jan 14, 20265.0Clean, friendly staff, well lit, well lit gas pumps, clean bathrooms. Truly everything you need for a quick pitstop while traveling late at night. Truckers all over the place here too so was very happening.
