  Long story short: My car was returned to me in a worse condition than when I brought it I took my car to get inspected because I was thinking the serpentine belt may need to be replaced. I told the tech what I thought the issue may be and his response was “so you want us to go ahead and replace the serpentine belt?” . I told him I wasn’t 100% sure that was the problem and I would like it to be double checked before replacement. I found it weird the tech asked me if I wanted to do a service without knowing if I even needed it. During inspection I was told my battery terminals were corroded and would need to be cleaned. I had not had any issues with the battery and the last test a month ago it tested fine. It started up that morning fine and presumably started up well enough to get into the bay. They quoted me $450 (!!!) to replace the battery and $150 for an oil change. I told them I was fine paying just for the terminals to be cleaned. When I arrived to get my car, the tech left it on when pulling it to the front which I thought was odd. I went to Walmart immediately after leaving and my car would not start once I got out of the store. I called Tire Discounters and they said “oh yeah we did have to use a battery starter to start the car” . No one had mentioned this at any point in our communications and I have never had an issue starting my car in the almost two years I’ve had it including that very morning. They had to send someone to start my battery up and I got a new battery at Walmart for $300 less than they quoted me. I will never get a service or inspection done here again.

  Big thank you too Gary R. for helping me out this morning. I had a nail in my tire and my sensors were off. He had me in and out with everything competed in 1 hour. So kind and helpful. Thanks much! I'll be back for sure just because you made my visit painless and fun.

  Just pulled up to ask about putting air in my tires and they said sure. Waited for 10 mins for someone to help. A guy that pretends to be a manager walked by so I asked him was I in the right place? With a sorry attitude he responded someone would get to you. How long can it take to top off four tires? Awful customer service
