- EMErin McClureOct 14, 20252.0If you are renting a car from here you may want to call ahead to insure it is ready on time. I reserved a car weeks in advance and did an early check in the day before. The employee came into a complete mess and nothing he had available was ready. I rented a full size car and ended up with a dirty smelly compact after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting. After driving a short distance the low tire light came on so that meant another stop to fill up the rear drivers tire that was 15 psi less than all the others. To top off all the other things the cruise control was disabled. Not a great rental experience.

Had to completely change planes and drive an hour in the opposite direction to pick up a vehicle. Plus the length of time was cut down by a day. Online site is not dependable at all. Forgot to mention, I needed a vehicle to travel to my sisters funeral. You failed on this one Enterprise

Cannot get ahold of this place for the life of me been calling for over a week and no answer. I’m all about giving the benefit of the doubt but this place has given me every reason to write them off.
